After a long time, I am back with another OOTD. If you have seen my last post, then you can find the change actually my fitness and healthy transformation. Today, Kolkata is in a sweet mood after a rainy Saturday, and so we were out for a perfect Sunny outing time.

This floral dress from Honey was 3 years old, but I was unable to fit in because of my fatness. Today, I fit in this beautiful dress and adorn it with a bit of fashion twist. I teamed up with a denim shirt, floral skates and to give a twist I wore a slim brown belt on the waist. Done, Ready for outing!

Weakness makes you realise what you cannot do, what fear you have and people have a tendency of either hide their weaknesses or try to work on them to bring positivity in life. I never talked about my weaknesses, but today's prompt will help me to face my weaknesses on board. Let's quickly get to the points:

1. Sweets- whenever I think of food, I think of sweets. I have a very sweet tooth and sweets in any form is my biggest weakness. At one time, it was my stress buster. But, lately I understood how bad I was doing with my health. It became my emotional eating which indirectly affected my mood. So, I worked on my sweet tooth and slowly I am in a process to control my habit.
2. Now or never- You can termed it as impatience. Yes, I am an impatient girl by nature. I live in moments and if the moment is not in my control, then I never look back. I can say, the impatience of 29 years old woman is much more balanced now than an impatience of a 19 years old girl then. May be that's maturity and experience of a life.
3. Emotional- I take words too seriously and for me first impression is always last impression. So, if a person did bad to me at first, then the same will never get a position in my heart even if I stay with that person 24 hours. This sound's rigid, but My self respect is much higher than anything else.
4. Anger- I know showing anger is the worst thing, though my anger does not stay for long, but that fraction of second....OMG!
5. Hold grudges- I never forgive so easily, it's my zodiac sign nature and its in-born. Many people have done bad to me, but I make sure that those people never cross my path. I completely cut off those morons from my life. 

These are my weaknesses, but at the same time they are my reasons to survive. I cannot change my weaknesses, but yes I can modify to some extent to live happily. So, I do active  exercises and eat clean to get away from unnecessary toxins that excite my hormones.

1. As per my BCA, she suggested me the diet chart and beginner level home workout. She motivated me in every call and whatsapp message and I religiously started to follow her.
2. Slowly my weight reduced to 55 kg and I was seeing the result.
3. She introduced me with Keto Diet (Low Carb and High Fat diet) which sounds really new but it actually works so well. Foods cooked in butter or ghee taste awesome and healthy too. It broke the entire myth of diet.
4. It enhance my cooking skills and every day I try something new dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
5. There was no more energy loss rather this diet and Level 1 exercise at gym helps me to increase my energy level.
6. It improves my Good Night Sleep and weight lows down to 49 kg
7. Oh Yes! I got my cheat diet during Durga Puja Holidays
8. After a week of cheat diet, I was on Keto Diet for a week and then my trainer introduced with Level 2 exercises to gain my body strength.
9. Now my current weight is 47 kg, I feel very light and no more depression.
10. I am back to LCD i.e. Low Carb Diet to gain muscle strength and live a healthy life

When it comes to sari, I am more of a traditional lover of saris than sexy, trendy chiffon, Georgette saris. To me, the elegance of sari comes from the traditional woven.

My wardrobe has collections of traditional saris from different state. It's not that I don't like today's modern, customized and contemporary designer saris, but my love for traditional saris is eternal.
