Everyone is aware about Palak Paneer and Chicken Bharta

However, here comes all new Palak Chicken Bharta

It is very simple and easy to cook dish. Have a look!

 Ingredients:
 1.      Boil Palak (Spinach)
 2.      Boil Chicken
 3.      1 large size onion
 4.      1 large size tomato
 5.      ½  size ginger
 6.      2-3 pieces of garlic
 7.      ½ lemon
 8.      Olive oil
  Spices:
 1.      Cloves
 2.      Cardamom
 3.      Bay leaf
 4.      1 tbsp Black pepper powder
 5.      1 tbsp Coriander powder
 6.      1 tbsp Cumin powder
 7.      1tbsp Red chili powder
 8.      1 tbsp Turmeric powder
 9.      1 tbsp Salt (Taste)
 Preparation:
·        Boil the Palak (spinach), make a fine paste  and add salt to it
Palak (Spinach) paste

·        Add cloves, bay leaf, cardamom in water and boil the chicken in water
·        Chop the chicken into small pieces
Boil Chicken in pieces

·        Chop the onion, tomato ginger and garlic and make a paste
Paste of spices

·        Add black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to the paste
·        Take a pan and heat olive oil and add bay leaf for flavor
Olive oil(Good for health)

·        Add the spice paste and sauté till the paste turn light reddish brown
·        Feel the aroma of the spice and add the chopped chicken
·        Fry the chicken with the spice paste
·        Add the Palak (Spinach) paste
·        Cook on slow flame for 5 mins
·        Finally add ½ lemon juice
·        Serve hot with Chapattis(Indian Flat Bread) or Rice
