Lettuce Paneer Roll

Jazz up your morning with Keto Breakfast and you will never go wrong with your health. After all, staying fit is your main motto Right?

Yesterday, I tried Lettuce Paneer Roll in my kitchen and this is what it turn out.... Yummy, healthy and so very filling.



Lets move on with the recipe details:

INGREDIENTS

Lettuce Boiled- 3 Leaves
Paneer crumbled- 100 gms
Tomato slices
Butter- 14 gms

SPICES

Basil
Chilli Flakes
Salt to Taste

PROCEDURE

1) Heat the pan and add 10 gms of butter. Take a spatula and evenly spread the butter all over the pan.
2) Then, add crumbled paneer and tomato slices and stir nicely
3) Then add Basil, chilli flakes and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes
4) After the mixture is cooked keep aside
5) Then add remaining 4 gms of butter in the pan and toast the lettuce leaves for a few seconds
6) Place each leave on a plate, fill the mixture on the leaf and then slowly roll so that the entire mixture remain inside the leaves.
7) Voila! you are ready with these healthy and yummy rolls. Garnish the roll with a bit of paneer mixture and yogurt on the top of the roll.
